My name is Penelope and my Mom got sick and couldn't take care of me any more. She had to leave her home and I couldn't go with her. I didn't get a lot of exercise when she was sick, so my foster mom put me on a healthy eating and exercise plan and I have been steadily losing weight. My foster family is taking good care of me but I really need a home that I can call my own. I am 9 years old and have a pedigree.
